SaunaStudio

SaunaStudio in Hvidovre calls itself 'your inner retreat' and offers saunagus, ice baths, breathwork, movement and sound therapy at its oasis on Byvej.

Sauna gus at SaunaStudio in Hvidovre takes place in a small oasis on Byvej, where there are only ten places and gus, ice bath, breathwork, movement and sound therapy belong together. Birna facilitates the sessions herself and works from whatever is present in the room that day. The recurring format is MØD DIG SELV, a two-hour women's gus with four or five rounds of essential oils, herbs, sound and movement – and a longer three-hour version where the gus is followed by a women's circle. The cold is always optional, whether it is the ice bath, the plunge tub or the cold showers – also if you have never tried it before.
