Sauna session in Vanløse

Vanløse has one sauna venue, and the sauna stands on a roof terrace above Jernbane Allé.

Innercise Vanløse is a branch of a health centre focused on breathwork, sauna sessions and ice baths. The sauna on the roof terrace seats 18 guests, and the ice bath is open both before and between the rounds. A session lasts 75 minutes, the sauna host works with pure essential oils in the heat, and you decide for yourself how sharp the contrast between hot and cold should be. You can add breathwork and cold training before the session itself, and the building also hosts breathing classes and yin yoga. Arrive in good time so you can change and settle before the session begins.
