Holm8

Holm8 is a membership-based wellness club and event destination in Nordhavn with sauna, cold plunge and community. Both public events and open saunagus are open to non-members, and the cold plunges average around 10 degrees.

Sauna gus at Holm8 in Nordhavn takes place in the club's Health Hub, where the sauna seats 25 guests and the cold plunges sit at around 10 degrees. A gus lasts about an hour with three hot rounds of 10-15 minutes and cool-down breaks in between. You choose the intensity: CALM with gentle heat, soothing scents and guided breathing, FLOW building steadily through the three rounds, and FIRE with high heat, powerful music and strong towel technique. The club is membership-based, but the gus is open to guests too, with access to the facilities half an hour before and after. Bring two towels, swimwear and a water bottle.
