Sauna session in Frederikssund municipality

The municipality of Frederikssund has sauna venues both in town and out on the Hornsherred peninsula. In town, Just Sauna Frederikssund sits close to the station and the water with a large sauna for 40-45 people and cold tubs outside, running fixed formats that are calm, hot or herbal. Also in town is Frederikssund Sauna Club - a volunteer association with a mobile sauna and an ice bath that's cooled, UV- and ozone-filtered, where no membership is needed to join. Across the fjord, Powerful by Nature holds its sessions on Kyndbyvej near Jægerspris in small groups, where heat and cold alternate all the way through and are combined with breathing techniques. The large studio, the club's mobile sauna and the small group near Jægerspris are all within a drive of each other.
