Sauna session in Tårnby municipality

The municipality of Tårnby covers Kastrup and northern Amager, and the sauna venues sit within minutes of each other here. Heat N Health Club is a sauna community with a round sauna, where sessions combine heat, essential oils, breathing and rest. Sauna Sport mixes heat, cold and movement and lets you use its gym in the hour before the session. Bear Heat runs small groups with heat, scents and music, and has both men's and women's sessions. By the waterfront there's also Scandic CPH Strandpark, where sauna hosts guide the session with towel, water and hand-picked essential oils, with views over the Sound. All of them are close to the airport and the metro, so they are easy to reach from the rest of the capital area.
