Sauna gus at Sauna Svala is a mobile, holistic gus at Sluseholmen, where the cold dip is taken in the canal between rounds – and a few sessions move out to Sneglen at Amager Beach. The regular gus lasts an hour with three rounds, guiding you through breathing exercises to gentle music and aromatic essential oils. Alongside it run fixed four-round formats: Fredagsgus, letting go of the working week, DETOX with a body scrub and detox juice, and Kvindegus, a ceremonial circle for women only. The approach is the same throughout: body, mind and breath belong together, and no experience is needed.
