Gus – family / kids

Children's and family gus is a shorter and cooler version of the adult session. The heat is turned down, the rounds are kept short, and the gus master explains as things go, so the children know what is happening - it is more about scent and atmosphere than about pushing yourself. The format exists both in the municipal pools and at smaller venues: DGI Huset Herning runs sessions where children are welcome, Viborg Svømmehal holds family gus, and Poppelly Wellness, Heat Studio and Hot Box ApS have children's sessions too. Always check the age limit before booking - most regular sessions are for adults.
