Twin Spirit

TwinSpirit is a training community in Charlottenlund that, alongside outdoor and group training, offers saunagus in its sauna at Kollegievej 6 in Ordrup. A gus master guides you through three rounds of 12-15 minutes with essential oils and guided aromatherapy, and between rounds you can cool off under the showers or in the cold plunge tubs. Fruit, nuts, ginger shots and electrolytes are served along the way, and after a workout you can join a shorter mini gus.

Sauna gus at TwinSpirit takes place in the sauna on Kollegievej in Ordrup, seating 20 guests, with showers and cold plunge tubs ready between the rounds. A gus lasts an hour and consists of three rounds of 15 minutes with essential oils and guided aromatherapy. Along the way we serve fruit, nuts, ginger shots and electrolytes, and there is a chance to make a cup of tea. The venue is first and foremost a training community, so the gus can be added on after a class. Bring two towels – one to sit on that also covers your feet, and one for afterwards – plus a water bottle.
