Heat Harmony

Heat Harmony is a saunagus in Copenhagen's Nordvest, where guided rituals combine Nordic heat, essential oils, cold-water tubs and calm between rounds. A session lasts 75 minutes with three gus rounds and pauses in between.

Sauna gus at Heat Harmony takes place in the Nordic sauna on Bispevej in Nordvest, seating 20 with cold-water tubs outside. A gus lasts 75 minutes and consists of three rounds with essential oils, music and calm in between. You choose the mood in advance: Signature alternates between calm and energising rounds, Relaxed is three gentle rounds with soft music and mild scents, and Energized gives three invigorating rounds. If you just want the heat to yourself, you can book Social Sauna, an hour in the Finnish sauna with no gus master and no fixed rounds. Bring a towel, a water bottle and swimwear.
