Innercise Frederiksdal

Innercise is a health centre focused on breathwork, saunagus and ice baths. The Frederiksdal location sits in the historic Møllehus surrounded by nature, with forest on all sides and the Mølleå stream just outside the door. Saunagus is aromatherapy in the sauna, ending with optional cooling down.

The Frederiksdal sauna stands in the garden of the old mill house, with forest around and the Mølleå just outside the door, seating 22 guests with an ice bath open both before and between rounds. A gus lasts 75 minutes, the gus master works with pure essential oils in the heat, and you decide how cold the contrast should be. We also hold Pirts & Saunagus, a 105-minute Latvian ceremony with whisks and herbs, and on the odd Saturday a children's gus for ages 8-12 with lower heat and shorter rounds. Bring a towel and water, and arrive in good time so you can change.
