KYND Frederiksberg

KYND (formerly Mobilsauna) runs saunagus in the courtyard at Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus in the garden of Frederiksberg Hospital. An experienced gus master guides you through three aromatic gus rounds with essential oils, and the terrace has two sunken cold-water baths.

Sauna gus at KYND in Frederiksberg takes place in the courtyard of Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus in the garden of Frederiksberg Hospital, where the sauna seats 16 guests and the terrace has two sunken cold-water baths. A gus lasts 75 minutes with three rounds of 10-15 minutes, where essential oils and heat blend with music, guidance and silence. We have a large team of gus masters, each with their own signature – from quiet and meditative to energetic with stronger heat – so no two gus are quite alike. Read the gus master's profile before you book, so you know what mood you are walking into.
