Plugin Heat Club SYDHAVN

Plugin Heat Club in Sydhavn offers saunagus combining heat, cold plunge, breathing techniques, aromatherapy, music and community. Each session consists of three gus rounds with breaks in between and typically lasts 75 minutes.

Sauna gus at Plugin Heat Club in Sydhavn takes place in two saunas – Colosseum seating 45 guests and the smaller Barrel for 16 – with cold plunges and cold showers between rounds. A session lasts 75 minutes and moves through three rounds with essential oils, breathwork and music. The programme has three fixed formats: DEEP with long, slow breathing, body scans and organic music, PEAK where high heat and powerful music push your limits, and CLUB, the sober sauna party where the DJ sets the pulse. We guide in English, but several sessions a week run in Danish – it says so in the class title.
