Sauna session in Frederiksberg

Frederiksberg has four very different sauna venues within a few kilometres: an international high-end studio, a sauna under a bridge, a hospital garden and the town's swimming pool.

iluma is an international studio with yoga, reformer pilates and holistic sauna sessions. The sauna is a high-end room for 14 guests with an outdoor cold tub and shower, and classes are held in English.

Just Sauna København is located under Bispeengbuen in Urban13 and combines classic Finnish sauna with cold-water dips, breathing and trained sauna hosts. Guided sauna sessions run in the variants Relax, Power and Herbal, with a cold tub and outdoor showers outside.

KYND Frederiksberg runs sauna sessions in the courtyard of Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus in the Frederiksberg Hospital garden. An experienced sauna host guides three aromatic rounds with essential oils, and the terrace has two sunken cold tubs.

Frederiksberg Kurbad offers the concept Gus-gus-gus at Frederiksberg Svømmehal: three sauna sessions of about 10 minutes each over 65 minutes. The sauna host guides you through scent experiences and waves of heat with essential oils, and the ticket includes access to the spa and the luxury changing rooms before and after. You must be 16 to take part, and tickets can only be bought online.
