Viking gus

Viking gus takes its form from the raw and the old: drums, heavier music, scents of forest, birch and spruce, and heat that is built up rather than kept even. Viking Saunagus in Odense SØ makes it the whole starting point and alternates between HIGH sessions with high energy and deep, grounding rounds. Saunagus Odense runs Viking as one of its fixed formats, Sauna Club Sydhavn holds its Viking Gus with a viking theme and powerful music across four rounds, and Bear Heat in Kastrup runs Bear viking with breathwork and darker soundscapes. At VikingeGuZ in Helsinge the whole house is built around rituals of heat, cold and rest, and Poppelly Wellness in Havdrup holds a viking sauna session with drums and breathwork in a wood-fired sauna. Expect a physical sauna session - this is rarely the quiet version.
