Morning gus

Morning gus is more a time of day than a theme: the sessions sit early or mid-morning, they are often shorter than the evening ones, and the shape is built to wake the body rather than empty it. Heat Space on Byens Ø in Odense holds a classic morning session with three rounds and free coffee, Gusio in Køge runs its Morning Session as a calm waking-up with subdued music, DGI Byen has the short Morgenfrisk in its outdoor sauna with access to Vandkulturhuset afterwards, and Nordic Wave in Sønderborg builds Morgendis around citrus and the scent notes of the forest. Viking Saunagus in Odense SØ, Aalborg Heat, Vejen Idrætscenter, Holstebro Svømmecenter and Vinterbadeklubben VISKI also have morning sessions. Check the time before you book - morning slots vary a lot from venue to venue.
