Sauna session in Aarhus municipality

Aarhus Municipality has sauna sessions in Aarhus itself, but also in Åbyhøj, Brabrand and Lystrup, and the venues are not alike: from the harbour and Godsbanen saunas through a recovery area in Åbyhøj to a swimming hall in Brabrand and an activity centre in Lystrup.

Most are in the town of Aarhus: La Sauna Aarhus, Reset Sauna, Sauna85 Volume Village, SEIER, Aarhus Svømmestadion, Surf Agency and Badeanstalten Spanien, and in Aarhus N HotSpot Sauna. The town page for Aarhus has what sets them apart.

In Åbyhøj, THEGYM Aarhus holds its sessions in the Finnish sauna with a cold-water tub right next to it. In Brabrand it is Gellerupbadet, where the session runs on Saturdays alongside adult swimming in the swimming hall's shared sauna. And in Lystrup, north of Aarhus, Momentet Lystrup Svømme og Aktivitetscenter runs a whole sauna evening in two saunas with a character each - a wellness sauna with salt-stone walls and a wilderness sauna with an outdoor terrace.
