Gus with snacks

Some venues put something out between the rounds. It sounds like a detail, but a gus drains you of fluid and salt, and a break with something in your hand makes the last round easier to take. At Wellness-Saunagus and Sauna House Nordhavn it is part of the session. Temple Sea Bath serves ginger shots, fruit, nuts and herbal tea at its longer events, Saunaguz makes its own ginger shots, Kirsebærkroen includes a hot ginger shot in the price, and Sidste Sauna puts out water, hot tea and light snacks. If nothing is laid out, bring water yourself: it is the one thing no session works without.
